Chronic, LLC, Certification Center provides assistance and education to individuals in the process of applying to the Michigan Medical Marihuana Program (MMMP). Our licensed physicians, in compliance with the Michigan Medical Marihuana Act of 2008, review patient medical records and consult with patients to determine if they are candidates for medical marihuana use. If deemed appropriate, our doctors provide a signed Physician Certification Form to the client, thereby permitting the client to apply for the Michigan Medical Marihuana Card through the Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs (LARA), Michigan Medical Marihuana Registry.

 

By an overwhelming 63%, Michigan voters passed the Michigan Medical Marihuana Act (MMMA) on November 4th, 2008. The MMMP was enacted on April 4th, 2009. The MMMA outlines the process by which patients whose condition or pain may be alleviated by the use of medical marihuana can acquire a Medical Marihuana Registry Identification Card.
